We can sync your billing quantities directly into ConnectWise for most backup products. If a sync to ConnectWise fails for some reason, you'll be alerted to the issue so you can investigate promptly.

Ticketing

We can automatically create tickets in ConnectWise for alerts. You can easily view basic ticket information from our portal, and jump directly in the ConnectWise ticket screen if you want more information. For the times you may want to quickly manaully create a ticket, we've made that simple and fast too.

Ticketing, billing, and client sync simplify your workflows. Tickets can be created automatically or manually with ease. Set specific ticketing and billing parameters globally, or at a per client level.

Offline Alerts

Know when your backup server has gone offline, and when it comes back online! Sometimes you just need to know whether a server is up and running, we've got you covered.
